Who we are
Công Cụ Nhanh is a free online tools website made in Vietnam. The Công Cụ Nhanh team builds the tools people in Vietnam need every day — salary and tax calculators, the lunar calendar, image and PDF utilities — and writes a plain-language guide for each one.
We do not sell advice and we do not take payment to feature third-party tools or content.
How we check the numbers
- Legal rules (salary, tax, social insurance, fees, public holidays) come from the original texts: laws, decrees, circulars and resolutions. Every guide names the document and its effective date.
- Each formula has automated tests built from hand-worked examples, run again on every release. For example, a gross-to-net salary must convert back to the same gross, and Tết dates for 2020–2030 must match the Vietnamese calendar.
- Where a rule can be read more than one way, the guide says which reading the tool uses and suggests checking with the authority.
- We never make numbers up: a figure we cannot verify in the original text does not go into a tool.
Keeping up with new rules
When a new rule is issued (regional minimum wages, tax allowances, social-insurance adjustment factors, power prices), we update the constants, record the date it applies from and keep the previous rule available for earlier periods. The update date is shown at the top of each page.
Your data
Most tools run entirely in your browser, so your files and numbers are never uploaded. Tools that need a server (DNS lookup, SSL check, exchange rates, speed test) say so on the page and do not store what you look up.
